Registrar of Companies, Under ministry of company affairs fails to achive its basic objective. The regisrtar of companies main activity is to register the documents related to the private and public limited company. After 53 years, there is no proper system of filing and regiter the documents by the companies. In last 10 years, fees for filing of documents has been increased more than 10 times but nothing has been done for the convinence of the corporates. MCA web site is always unable to process the filing request during last dates. Frequent changes in the forms and procedures create problems to the filers. I request to all professionals and corporate people to come forward and protest aginst misuse of e-governance by the ministry of company affairs.
